This ready-in-20-minutes side dish compliments beef and poultry

| 6 | oz. | fettuccine, uncooked | |

| 2 | Tablespoons | vegetable oil | |
|
|
|||
| 1 | cup | fresh broccoli florets | |
|
|
|||
| 1 | clove | garlic, minced | |
|
|
|||
| 1/2 | cup | coarsely chopped walnuts | |
|
|
|||
| 3 | Tablespoons | reduced sodium soy sauce | |
|
|
|||
| 1/4 | to 1/2 teaspoon crushed dried red pepper | ||
|
|
|||
Cook pasta according to package directions; drain.
Meanwhile heat oil in large skillet. Add broccoli; cook stirring constantly about 5 minutes or until crisp tender. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
Remove from heat; stir in walnuts, soy sauce, and crushed red pepper. Toss hot pasta with walnut sauce.
