Citrus Refresher

A vitamin packed alternative to bottled soft drinks

Yield: 4 servings (6 oz.)

Ingredients

3/4 cup frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
2 1/2 cups carbonated water or tonic water, chilled
Ice cubes
Orange or grapefruit slices, quartered (optional)

Directions:

Pour thawed orange juice concentrate into a pitcher. Gently stir in the chilled carbonated or tonic water. To serve, pour over ice cubes in glasses. If desired, garnish glasses with orange or grapefruit slices. Serve at once.
