Cheddar Beer Dip

Yield: 2 1/2 cups

Ingredients

1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup beer
2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
assorted crackers

Directions:

Beat cream cheese in medium bowl until smooth; gradually blend in beer. Add Cheddar cheese, beating until well blended. Refrigerate until serving time. Serve with crackers.
