| 1/3 | cup | olive oil | |

| 1/4 | cup | white vinegar or red wine | |
|
|
|||
| 1 | package | (.7 oz.) Italian salad dressing mix | |
|
|
|||
| 2 | cups | chopped fresh tomato | |
|
|
|||
| 2 | small zucchini, thinly sliced and cut in half | ||
|
|
|||
| 1 | package | (12 ounce) farfalle pasta, uncooked | |
|
|
|||
| 1 | package | (3 ounce) sliced pepperoni, cut into strips | |
|
|
|||
| 1/4 | cup | freshly grated Parmesan cheese (optional) | |
|
|
|||
In shallow dish, stir together oil, vinegar and salad dressing mix; stir in tomato and zucchini.
Cook pasta according to package directions; drain.
Toss hot pasta with zucchini mixture and pepperoni. Sprinkle with cheese. Serve hot.
