Salsa Hot Dog Wraps
Makes a tasty bite size appetizer!
Yield: 4 servings
Ingredients
| 4 | (8-inch) flour tortillas | ||

| 4 | hot dogs | ||
|
|
|||
| 1/2 | cup | Salsa | |
|
|
|||
| 1/2 | cup | shredded lettuce | |
|
|
|||
| 2 | slices | cheddar cheese, cut in half | |
|
|
|||
Directions:
Heat grill . Wrap tortillas securely in foil. Place tortilla packet and hot dogs on grill for 4 - 6 minutes or until tortillas and hot dogs are heated through, turning hot dogs frequently.
On each tortilla layer salsa, lettuce, hot dog and cheese. Fold in 2 sides of each tortilla and roll up. Secure wrap with toothpicks inserted 1-inch apart. Slice in between toothpicks.
Note: Hot dogs can be broiled and tortillas oven warmed.
