Irish Coffee

Ingredients
| Freshly brewed hot coffee | |||

| 4 | teaspoons | granulated sugar (slightly rounded) | |
|
|
|||
| 4 | jiggers | Irish whiskey | |
|
|
|||
| Whipped topping | |||
|
|
|||
| Fresh mint springs | |||
|
|
|||
Directions:
Pour hot brewed coffee into 4 mugs filling about 2/3 full.
Add 1 tsp sugar and 1 jigger whiskey to each mug; stir to blend.
Spoon a mound of whipped topping into each mug. Place a fresh mint sprig into the whipping topping and serve immediately.
