Mustard Mayonnaise Marinade

Yield: 1 cup

Ingredients

1/3 cup olive oil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/4 cup dry red wine
2 cloves chopped garlic
1 teaspoon dried basil
2 tablespoons hot and sweet mustard
1 tablespoon ketchup

Directions:

Mix all ingredients to blend. Marinate steak or pork chops for at least one hour in refrigerator. Prepare meat as desired.
