Great for tailgating
Yield: Makes about 1 cup
| 1/2 | cup | Jack Daniel's Old No. 7 | |

| 1/4 | cup | brown sugar | |
|
|
|||
| 1/4 | cup | soy sauce | |
|
|
|||
| 1/4 | cup | vegetable oil | |
|
|
|||
| 2 | tablespoons | Worcestershire sauce | |
|
|
|||
| 1/2 | lemon, juiced | ||
|
|
|||
| 1/2 | teaspoon | minced garlic | |
|
|
|||
| 4 - 6 | steaks, T-bone, Porterhouse, Strip, Ribeye or Filet | ||

Combine marinade ingredients. Place steaks in big plastic bag. Pour in marinade and seal. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
Remove steaks and grill over hot coals, about 5 min. per side for medium-rare.
Your choice of steaks...a couple of T-bones, Porterhouses, Strips, Ribeyes or Filets, cut 1-1/2 inches thick.
