Avocado-Mango Salsa

Yield: 4 cups

Ingredients

1 jar (26 oz.) sliced mango, drained and diced
7 green onions, sliced
2 large avocados, peeled and diced
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
3 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons honey
1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Chill 1 hour. Serve with assorted crackers.
