| 6 | oz. | blue cheese (room temperature) (1 1/2 cups) | |

| 1 | pkg. | (3 oz.) cream cheese, softened | |

| 1/4 | cup | dairy sour cream | |
|

|||
| 1/2 | cup | chopped toasted walnuts | |
|
|
|||
| 1/2 | cup | ground toasted walnuts | |
|
|
|||
| 2 | pears, sliced | ||

| toasted baguette slices | |||

Stir together blue cheese, cream cheese and sour cream. Stir in chopped walnuts.
Cover and chill about 1 hour or till easy to handle. Divide mixture in half; shape each half into a 6x1 1/2-inch diameter log.
Wrap in plastic wrap and chill at least 4 hours or till firm.
Place ground walnuts on a sheet of waxed paper. Roll log in walnuts. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill up to 24 hours.
Serve with sliced pears and baguette slices.
