Rich and creamy
Yield: Serves 4-6; Makes 2 cups sauce
| 2 | cups | semisweet chocolate chips | |

| 2/3 | cup | evaporated milk (not condensed) | |
|

| 1/2 | cup | caramel sauce | |
|
|
|||
Place chocolate chips, evaporated milk and caramel sauce in fondue pot. Heat gently over moderate heat, stirring frequently.
Heat until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is smooth and creamy.
Transfer fondue pot to lit burner. Stir fondue occasionally to keep middle from burning.
Variations: Add 2-3 tablespoons Grand Marnier or strong brewed coffee
Serve with strawberries, apple wedges, Mandarin orange segments, marshmallows or assorted cookies.
