| 1 | 12- to 16- pound bone-in or boneless ham | ||

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F
In a small bowl, mix pineapple, jalapeno pepper and cilantro. (Makes 1 cup glaze)
Place ham, fat side up in a roasting pan. Brush with glaze and roast for 15 minutes per pound or until internal temperature registers 140 degrees. Brush occasionally with glaze during roasting.
