Mustard Garlic Rub

Yield: Makes about 1/3 cup

Ingredients

2 tablespoons garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
2 teaspoons crushed dried thyme
1 small bay leaf, finely crumbled
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Directions:

Combine all ingredients and store in a sealed glass jar in a cool, dark place. Use within three months.
