| 1 | loaf frozen white bread dough, thawed according to package directions | ||

| 3 | Tablespoons | olive oil | |
|
|
|||
| 3 | cloves | garlic, minced | |
|
|
|||
| 1/2 | teaspoon | dried rosemary, crushed | |
|
|
|||
| 2 | cups | (8 ounces) Italian blend cheese, shredded | |
|
|
|||
| 3 | ounces | thinly sliced prosciutto or smoked ham cut into thin strips | |
|
|
|||
| 1/4 | cup | julienned basil leaves or 2 teaspoons dried basil | |
|
|
|||
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
On lightly floured surface, roll out dough into 14 x 8- inch oval. Transfer to a baking sheet sprayed with nonstick cooking oil. Let stand in warm place 25 minutes to rise slightly.
Combine oil, garlic and rosemary. Using two fingers, press deep indentations into bread. Brush oil mixture evenly over dough.
Bake for 18 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven; sprinkle with combined cheese, prosciutto and basil. Bake 3 minutes more or until cheese is melted.
