Yield: Serves 6 to 8
| 1/2 | cup | butter, softened | |

| 3 | tablespoons | minced fresh parsley | |

| 3 | tablespoons | minced green onion | |
|
|
|||
| 1 | teaspoon | minced fresh tarragon or 1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon, crushed | |

| 1/2 | teaspoon | Salt | |
|
|
|||
| Freshly ground pepper to taste | |||

| 6-8 | ears | corn, husks and silk removed, trimmed | |

|||
In small bowl, blend butter, parsley, green onion and tarragon; add salt and pepper to taste. Spread each corn ear liberally with mixture and wrap individually in heavy duty foil. Grill over coals for 15 to 20 minutes or until tender, turning occasionally.
