Crispy Chocolate Cups
Yield: about 3 dozen
Ingredients
| 2 | cups | semi sweet chocolate chips | |

| 2 | cups | butterscotch chips | |
|
|
|||
| 1 1/3 | cups | crushed ridged potato chips | |
|
|
|||
| 1/2 | cup | chopped peanuts | |
|
|
|||
Directions:
In a heavy saucepan, melt chocolate and butterscotch chips over low heat until blended and smooth, stirring constantly. Stir in potato chips and peanuts. Drop by tablespoons into foil candy cups. Cool completely.
