| 1/2 | cup | cold milk | |

| 1 | cup | mashed ripe bananas | |

| 1/2 | cup | chopped pecans | |
|
|
|||
In a mixing bowl, combine cake mix, egg and milk. Add bananas; beat on medium speed for 2 minutes. Stir in pecans. Pour into two greased 8x4-inch loaf pans.
Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center of loaf comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pans to wire racks to cool completely.
