Vary the flavor by substituting walnuts for the pecans
| 1 | pkg. | (6 oz.) Wakefield Snow Crabmeat | |

| 1 | pkg. | (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened | |

| 2 | teaspoons | chopped chives | |
|
|
|||
| 1/4 | teaspoon | garlic powder | |
|
|
|||
| 1/4 | teaspoon | salt | |
|
|
|||
| 1/2 | cup | chopped pecans | |
|
|
|||
Thaw and drain crabmeat. Blend softened cream cheese, chives, garlic powder and salt. Fold in crabmeat. Shape into log or ball. Roll in pecans. Serve with crackers or fresh vegetables.
