Share this delightful sundae with someone special
Yield: 2 servings
| 1/4 | cup | packed light brown sugar | |

| 1-1/2 | tablespoons | milk | |
|
|
|||
| 1 | tablespoon | light corn syrup | |
|
|
|||
| 1 | teaspoon | creamy peanut butter | |
|
|
|||
| 6 | scoops | Vanilla ice cream | |
|
|
|||
| 3 | tablespoons | nuts, chopped | |
|
|
|||
In a sauce pan, combine the brown sugar, milk and corn syrup. Cook and stir over medium heat until sugar is dissolved and mixture is smooth, about 4 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in peanut butter until smooth. Cool for 10 minutes.
Spoon ice cream into one bowl. Cover with warm peanut butter topping. Add chopped nuts.
