| 8 | large Granny Smith apples, peeled and sliced | ||

| 1 | pkg. | (16 oz.) Smoked Sausage, cut into 1/2 inch slices | |

| 1 1/3 | cups | honey | |
|
|
|||
| 4 | tablespoons | water | |
|
|
|||
| 1 | tablespoon | cinnamon | |
|
|
|||
| 1/3 | cup | butter | |
|
|
|||
Arrange apples and sausage in a buttered 13x9 inch baking dish. In a medium bowl, combine honey, water and cinnamon; mix well. Pour over apples and sausage. Dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees, uncovered, for 40 minutes, basting with pan juices occasionally.
