Grandmas Casserole

Yield: 4-6 servings

Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 small onion, chopped fine
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
4 oz. sliced mushrooms
2 stalks celery, diced
1/2 green pepper, diced
1/2 red pepper, diced
1 can (10.75 oz.) condensed tomato soup, undiluted
2 tablespoons ketchup
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 pkg. (8 oz.) noodles, cooked

Directions:

In a large skillet over medium high heat, cook onion and ground beef until browned. Add salt and pepper to taste, stir in mushrooms, celery and peppers. Cook, stirring constantly, for 5 minutes. Stir in next 4 ingredients and cook, stirring frequently, for 10 minutes. Stir in noodles and stir to combine and heat through.
