Linguine with Italian Sausage and Peppers

Yield: 8 servings



Heat oil in large skillet to medium hot. Add sausage, peppers, onion; cook until sausage is no longer pink; drain.

Add the tomatoes, broth, tomato paste, sugar, basil and garlic powder; heat through.

While sauce is simmering, cook linguine as directed on package. Drain and serve topped with meat sauce.

“This was amazing! We used an 8 oz can of tomato pasta and 2 cups of chicken broth and didn't need any additional sauce. We substituted rotini for the linguine. ”
