BLT Chicken Salad

Ingredients

2 boneless chicken breast halves
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon pepper
4 large lettuce leaves
1 large tomato, diced
3 slices crisp cooked bacon, crumbled
1 hard cooked egg, sliced
additional mayonnaise

Directions:

Brush chicken with mayonnaise; sprinkle with pepper. Grill for 5-7 minutes on each side or until no longer pink in center.

additional mayonnaise.
