| 1 | jar | (7oz.) roasted red peppers, drained and chopped | |

| 1 | package | (16 oz.) Velveeta, cubed | |

| 3/4 | teaspoon | hot sauce | |

In a microwave safe bowl place red peppers, Velveeta and hot sauce. Mix well. Microwave for 5 minutes, stirring once. Serve hot with tortilla chips or raw vegetables.
