"Kickin" Queso Dip

Yield: 8-10 servings

Ingredients

1 jar (7oz.) roasted red peppers, drained and chopped
1 package (16 oz.) Velveeta, cubed
3/4 teaspoon hot sauce

Directions:

In a microwave safe bowl place red peppers, Velveeta and hot sauce. Mix well. Microwave for 5 minutes, stirring once. Serve hot with tortilla chips or raw vegetables.
