| 2 | tablespoons | orange juice concentrate, undiluted | |

| 1 | quart | fresh strawberries, sliced | |
|
|
|||
| 1 | cup | fresh blueberries | |
|
|
|||
| 1 | teaspoon | orange peel, grated | |
|
|
|||
| 3/4 | cup | heavy whipping cream | |
|
|
|||
| 2 | tablespoons | sugar | |
|
|
|||
| 1/2 | cup | sour cream | |
|
|
|||
| 4 | cantaloupe rings | ||
|
|
|||
In a bowl, combine orange juice and water. Add strawberries, blueberries and orange peel; toss gently to coat; set aside.
In a small mixing bowl, whip cream and sugar until stiff peaks form. Fold in sour cream. To serve, spoon fruit mixture into cantaloupe rings; spoon sauce over berries.
