| 1 | egg, lightly beaten | ||

| 2 | tablespoons | vegetable oil | |

| 1 | lb. | roll pork sausage, cooked, crumbled and drained | |

|||
| 1 | can | (20 oz.) apple pie filling, warmed | |
|
|
|||
In a large mixing bowl, combine pancake mix, milk, egg, oil and sausage, stirring just until blended.
Bake waffles according to waffle iron instructions, about 5 minutes, or until golden brown. Place on serving plate; top with warm pie filling.
