| 1 | cup | peanut butter and milk chocolate morsels | |

| 3-1/2 | cups | milk | |

| 1 | bottle | (22 oz.) chocolate syrup | |

| 3/4 | cup | brown sugar | |
|
|
|||
| 2 | teaspoons | vanilla | |

Place bread cubes in a greased 13x9 inch baking dish. Sprinkle morsels over bread. Beat eggs in large bowl. Stir in milk, syrup, sugar and vanilla; pour over bread mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 60-65 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool slightly.
Sprinkle with confectioners sugar before serving.
