Chili Pie Casserole

Yield: 4 to 6 servings

Ingredients

3 cups corn chips
1 large onion, chopped
1 can (19 oz.) chili
1 cup grated American cheese

Directions:

Place 2 cups of corn chips in a baking dish. Arrange chopped onion and half of grated cheese on the corn chips. Pour chili over onion and cheese. Top with the remaining corn chips and grated cheese. Bake at 350 F. for 15 to 20 minutes.
