Cranberry Apple Crisp

Yield: 8 servings

Ingredients

3 cups tart apples, peeled and chopped
2 cups cranberries, fresh or frozen
1 cup sugar
3 tablespoons flour
1 cup cornflakes, crushed
1/2 cup pecans, chopped
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
3 tablespoons butter, melted

Directions:

In a large bowl, combine the apples, cranberries, sugar and flour; spoon into 2-quart baking dish coated with cooking spray.

Combine the cornflakes, pecans, brown sugar and butter; sprinkle over apples. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until top is golden brown and filling is bubbly.
