Chipotle Garlic Butter
Yield: 8 tablespoons
Ingredients
| 1 | stick butter, room temperature | ||

| 2 | chipotle chilies | ||

| 1 | clove | garlic, crushed | |

Directions:
In blender combine butter, chilies and garlic. Process until well mixed. Use this flavorful spread melted over grilled steaks, fish, chicken or vegetables.
