J.B.'S BBQ Hash

Yield: 8 servings

Ingredients

2 lbs. boneless, skinless, chicken breasts, cooked and cut into small chunks
2-1/2 lbs. ground beef, cooked and drained
1 can (20 oz.) tomatoes, undrained
2 cups ketchup
1/2 cup hot sauce
1 tablespoon granulated garlic
2 tablespoon seasoned salt

Directions:

Combine chicken, ground beef, canned tomatoes, ketchup, hot sauce, garlic and seasoned salt in a large stock pot; cook on very low heat for 2 hours. Serve hot as a side for barbecued pork ribs or brisket.
