Berries With Banana Cream

Yield: 2 servings

Ingredients

1/3 cup sour cream
1/2 ripe banana, cut into chunks
1 tablespoon frozen orange juice concentrate
2 cups strawberries, sliced
ground cinnamon

Directions:

Combine sour cream, banana and juice concentrate in blender; process until smooth. Place berries in two serving dishes. Top with sour cream mixture; sprinkle with cinnamon.
