| 1/4 | cup | mayonnaise | |

| 4 | ounces | Monterey Jack cheese, shredded | |

| 1/4 | cup | green chilies, chopped | |
|
|
|||
| dash hot pepper sauce | |||
|
|
|||
| 1 | loaf | (16 oz.) French bread, cut in half lengthwise | |

Preheat grill. In small bowl, combine all ingredients except bread; mix well. Place bread cut side down on grill. Cook on medium heat until lightly toasted. Spread cheese mixture on toasted side of bread. Cook 10-15 minutes or until cheese starts to bubble and brown.
