Cheesy Chili Bread

Yield: 16 servings

Ingredients

1/4 cup mayonnaise
4 ounces Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
1/4 cup green chilies, chopped
dash hot pepper sauce
1 loaf (16 oz.) French bread, cut in half lengthwise

Directions:

Preheat grill. In small bowl, combine all ingredients except bread; mix well. Place bread cut side down on grill. Cook on medium heat until lightly toasted. Spread cheese mixture on toasted side of bread. Cook 10-15 minutes or until cheese starts to bubble and brown.
