Found on many restaurant menus this salad is sure to be a favorite in your house!

Yield: Serves 4
| 1 | lb. | (26-30 ct.) shrimp, peeled and deveined | |

| 1 | cup | bottled Caesar Salad Dressing, divided (to taste) | |
|
|
|||
| 1 | bag | Romaine lettuce | |
|
|
|||
| 1/2 | cup | freshly grated Parmesan cheese | |
|
|
|||
| 1 | cup | Caesar croutons | |
|
|
|||
| freshly ground black pepper | |||
|
|
|||
Place shrimp in bowl with 1/2 cup dressing. Marinate in refrigerator for 30 to 40 minutes. Remove shrimp from marinade, discard marinade.
Thread shrimp on skewers. Place on grill over medium hot coals for 5 to 6 minutes, turning halfway through cooking time until shrimp are pink.
In large salad bowl, toss lettuce and Parmesan cheese with dressing. Top with grilled shrimp, croutons and freshly ground black pepper. Serve immediately.
