Preheat oven to 325 degrees F
In large skillet, crumble and brown sausage; remove from skillet. Drain.
In same skillet, melt butter. Add onions and celery; cook until tender.
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients with sausage; mix well.
Spoon stuffing into a baking dish coated with nonstick cooking spray. Bake for 45 to 60 minutes or until hot.
*To toast pecans:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spread the pecans evenly on a baking sheet and toast for 8 to 10 minutes.
