| 1 | apple, cut julienne | ||

| 1 | teaspoon | lemon juice | |

| 1 | pound | bacon | |
|
|
|||
| 4 | Tablespoons | mayonnaise | |
|
|
|||
| 4 | (10- inch) flour tortillas | ||
|
|
|||
| 1/2 | pound | sliced sharp cheddar cheese | |
|
|
|||
| 2 | heads | Bibb lettuce | |
|
|
|||
1. Toss apples with lemon juice. Cook bacon in large skillet until crisp. Drain on paper towel.
2. Spread 1 tablespoon mayonnaise on each tortilla. Divide cheddar cheese, lettuce, bacon and apples between each tortilla.
3. Roll tightly. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate 30 minutes.
4. Slice into 1/2-inch rounds and serve.
