Thai Chicken and Corn Soup

Serve with sourdough bread and lite fruit cocktail



Cut chicken breast into 1/2-inch pieces. On medium heat, saute the onions and garlic until translucent. Add the chicken broth, cream corn, half-and-half, anchovy paste, and chicken breast. Bring to a simmer and reduce to low heat for 15 minutes. Add the cracked pepper and fresh cilantro. Let stand for 5 minutes and serve.
