Peanut Butter Bread

Yield: 1 loaf



In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Add egg, milk and peanut butter.

Stir just until combined. Pour into a greased 8x4 inch loaf pan.

Bake at 350 F. for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in loaf comes out clean.

Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan.
