Maple Cream Fruit Topping

Especially good on melons

Yield: 2 cups



In a saucepan, combine flour, syrup and egg until smooth. Add butter. Bring to a boil. Boil and stir 2 minutes or until thick and bubbly.

Cover and refrigerate until completely cooled. Fold in whipped cream and serve at once with fresh fruit.
