Low Fat Ambrosia Fruit Dip

A yummy fruit salad topping too!

Yield: 2 cups



Blend cream cheese and yogurt until smooth. Stir in vanilla and lemon rind. Cover and chill. Serve with fresh fruit, cheese cubes or melon balls. May also be used as a topping for fruit salad.
