Wash and halve peach. Remove pit. Place peach half, flat side up, in the center of a square piece of doubled aluminum foil.
Fill cavity of peach half with fresh or frozen raspberries or blueberries. Sprinkle the brown sugar and lemon juice on the top.
Wrap in foil. Grill approximately 15-20 minutes over hot flame, turning once.
Instead of grilling you can broil the peaches, about five minutes or until golden brown.
* Fresh or canned nectarines can be substituted in this recipe.
