| 1/4 | cup | (2 oz.) diced onion | |

| 1/2 | cup | (4 oz.) unsalted butter | |
|
|
|||
| 1-1/2 | Tablespoons | capers | |
|
|
|||
| 1/2 | cup | white wine | |
|
|
|||
| 1/2 | cup | (4 oz.) lemon juice | |
|
|

| salt to taste | |||

| pepper to taste | |||
|
|
|||
| 1/2 | bunch | finely chopped parsley | |
|

|||
1. In a very hot medium size pan, place two lightly floured tilapia fillets and sear one side until golden brown, about 3 to 4 minutes. Remove from pan, repeat with remaining fillets.
2. Turn fillets in pan and add remaining fillets and start adding onions. When onions are translucent, add butter, capers, white wine and lemon juice. Salt and pepper to taste.
3. Reduce heat to medium and let simmer for no more than 5 minutes. When consistency of sauce becomes silky add the minced parsley.
