Caribbean Sangria

Combine sugar, rum, orange liqueur, fruits, and cinnamon sticks in a large pitcher. Stir to dissolve sugar. Pour in wine, cover and chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.

Just before serving, spoon fruits from pitcher into tall glasses, add ice, and pour over spiced wine. Top glasses of Sangria off with a splash of soda water

“Substitute mango for oranges, lime for the lemon, and add assorted tropical fruits that is available in the market. Sooooo good! Also add a small amount of ginger for a little kick. Add sliced chilies for a big kick!”
