From your smartphone, search for Harps Rewards" in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Collect rewards by logging in to the Harps Rewards App, clipping digital offers, purchasing eligible items for your clipped offers at a participating Harps Food Store, and having your cashier scan the barcode on the homescreen in the app. Your rewards will collect in your Wallet 24-48 hours after the transaction and can be applied to any future purchases (excluding fuel).
Digital coupons cannot be doubled.
In the Harps Rewards App, open the menu by clicking the green icon with three white lines, and click My Wallet to view your rewards balance, expiration dates, and to redeem available rewards at checkout.
You can also select Coupons from the menu, and click on the $ sign at the bottom right-hand corner to view My Wallet.
There is no limit to how many rewards you can collect.
Rewards expire approximately 60 days after the rewards have been collected in your wallet. You can view expiration dates for your rewards in My Wallet.
You can collect rewards at all participating Harps Food Store locations.
No, rewards are not transferable.
You CAN login on multiple devices. Please be cautious about sharing your private information or logging in on someone else's device.
Information will not print on your receipt. Rewards balances will appear in your Wallet within 24-48 hours of purchase.
There is currently no way to apply rewards after you have completed a transaction.
Rewards can only be earned on purchases paid for by the Harps Rewards account holder.
After collecting rewards in your wallet 24-48 hours after a transaction, your accumulated rewards can be applied to any future purchases (excluding fuel). To redeem your rewards, go to My Wallet from the menu, select the "Redeem" button in the top right of the screen, type the amount you would like to redeem, confirm the amount, and a barcode will appear with a 2-minute timer. Hold your phone up for the cashier to scan the barcode and your rewards will be applied to the transaction.
Rewards redemption cannot exceed $15 at one time. The amount of rewards redeemed cannot exceed the pre-tax total of your purchase. Rewards can not be cashed out for any amount.
Yes! If the 2 minute timer runs out before the cashier scans your app at checkout, you can click on the bottom blue button and follow the prompts to get your rewards back.
Registration is needed to activate your Harps Rewards membership and allow you to redeem your collected rewards. If you do not register, you will not be able to participate in certain discounts or receive other benefits.
An email is required to make you eligible for all the features of the program. Without the necessary information, you will only be able to view normal product discounts. New members will not be able to collect discounts or redeem discounts until the required information is provided.
Customers benefit and receive value from personalization and offers. In order to provide this service, we must collect some level of information. Your personal information will never be sold to an outside company.
Login to the Harps Rewards mobile app, select My Profile from the menu to update your information and save your changes.
Multiple cards cannot be added to the same account.
Accounts cannot be linked.
Yes, you may use your Harps Rewards app username and password to login to HarpsFood.com and vice-versa.
You can update your password from My Profile or by clicking forgot password?" on the login screen. You will receive a password reset link to the email address associated with your account.
