Grown in the Hatch Valley of New Mexico, Hatch Chiles are available for a limited time each year. Hatch Chiles have a meaty flesh and mild-medium heat, making them great for a variety of recipes. They taste great roasted, and if you're lucky, you might just find a roasting event happening at a Harps near you!
