Golden Granola with Mixed Fruit

| 1/3 | cup | (5 1/3 tablespoons) margarine or butter, melted | |

| 1/4 | cup | firmly packed brown sugar | |
|
|
|||
| 1 | teaspoon | vanilla | |
|
|
|||
| 1 | cup | diced dried mixed fruit or raisins | |

Directions:
Heat oven to 350 F. Combine all ingredients except fruit in 15x10-inch jelly roll pan; mix well. Spread evenly in pan. Bake 20 - 25 minutes or until golden brown, stirring after 10 minutes. Cool completely. Stir in fruit. Serve as a snack, cereal or topping over yogurt. Store tightly covered up to 1 week.
