Creamy Pork Chops and Rice
Yield: 4 servings
Ingredients
| 4 | boneless pork chops | ||

| 1 | tablespoon | vegetable oil | |
|
|
|||
| 1 | can | (10.75) Campbell's condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup, undiluted | |
|
|
|||
| 1/2 | cup | cold milk | |
|
|
|||
| 1 | envelope | ranch salad dressing mix | |
|
|
|||
| Paprika | |||
|
|
|||
| 2 | cups | long grain rice, cooked | |
|
|
|||
Directions:
In large skillet, cook pork chops in oil until golden brown. Add soup, milk and envelope of dressing mix. Bring to a boil, cover and cook over low heat for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with paprika and serve over rice.
