In a bowl, combine the coleslaw mix, rice and apple.
In a small bowl, combine orange juice concentrate, mayonnaise, sugar and salt; pour over coleslaw mixture and stir to coat. Cover and refrigerate to blend flavors. Stir in pecans just before serving.
*To toast pecans: Spread pecans in a shallow pan and pop into a 350 F. oven for about 5-8 minutes or until pecans are slightly browned.
