Peach Glazed Cake
Yield: 10-12 servings
Ingredients
| 1 | can | (15 oz.) pear halves, drained | |

| 1 | pkg. | white cake mix | |
|
|
|||
| 3 | eggs | ||
|
|
|||
| 1 | jar | (12 oz.) peach preserves, divided | |
|
|
|||
| peaches, fresh and sliced | |||
|
|
|||
Directions:
In a blender, process pears until pureed. Transfer to a mixing bowl, add the cake mix and eggs. Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes. Pour into a greased and floured 10 inch fluted tube pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool.
In a microwave bowl, heat 1/2 cup peach preserves, uncovered, on high for 60-90 seconds or until melted. Slowly brush over warm cake. Slice cake; top with peaches. Melt remaining preserves; drizzle over top.
