Lemon Mint Asparagus For Two

Ingredients
| 1 | tablespoon | butter, melted | |

| 1/4 | teaspoon | dried mint | |
|
|
|||
| 1/4 | teaspoon | lemon zest | |
|
|
|||
| 1/8 | teaspoon | lemon juice | |
|
|
|||
| 1/8 | teaspoon | pepper | |
|
|
|||
| pinch salt | |||
|
|
|||
| 1/2 | pound | fresh asparagus, trimmed | |
|
|
|||
| cooking spray | |||
|
|
|||
Directions:
Combine melted butter, mint, lemon zest, lemon juice, pepper and salt; set aside.
Turn broiler on HIGH. Place asparagus on a baking sheet and cover with cooking spray.
Arrange asparagus in a single layer and broil for 4 minutes.
Shake sheet a couple more times for 3 - 4 more minutes until asparagus is lightly charred.
Brush butter mixture over asparagus and serve immediately.
